RH &40°C/20% RH
1) Accuracy:
- Place appropriate number of calibrator sensor of Temperature & RH near Temperature & RH sensor (Enviro/Master sensor) of stability chamber based on the number of sensors present in
the stability chamber.
- Record the Temperature & RH for accuracy study at 5 minutes intervals for the time duration specified for 1 hour.
- Set Temperature & RH: _______________
Calibrator:
| Record | Temperature (ºC) | Relative Humidity (% RH) |
| Average |
Stability Chamber:
| Record | Temperature (ºC) | Relative Humidity (% RH) |
| Average |
| Difference | Temperature (ºC) (± 0.2 ºC) | Relative Humidity (% RH) (±2 % RH) |
2) Verification:
- Place 1 calibrator sensor of Temperature & RH nearthe eachTemperature & RH sensor of stability chamber.
- Record the Temperature & RH for 5 minutes for the time duration specified for 1 hour.

Acceptance Criteria:
1) For Accuracy: Difference of the temperature & RH between calibrator and actual temperature of chamber should be within the Specified Limit of ± 0.2° C & ± 2 % respectively
2) For Verification: Difference between Temperature & RH of calibrator & Temperature & RH sensor should be within the specified limits of ± 0.5°C & ± 2 % RH respectively.
Conclusion: Calibration found satisfactory/ not satisfactory.
