1. Calibration of Rotation :
Switch “ON” the Mains. Switch “ON” the Instrument.
Set the Rotation to 25.
Start the Instrument and calibrated stopwatch at a same time.
Count the Rotation per 60 Second.
Repeat the procedure for two more times.
Repeat the Step 2 to 5 for Rotation 50, 75 and 100 (120, 180 and 240 seconds, respectively).

2. Calibration of Time :
1. Switch “ON” the Mains. Switch “ON” the Instrument.
2. Set the Time to 60 Second.
3. Start the Instrument and calibrated stopwatch at a same time.
4. Note the time in the stopwatch at the moment the drums stops.
5. Repeat the procedure for two more times.
6. Repeat the Step 2 to 5 for time 120, 180 and 240 second.

3. Calibration of LCD Display :
Set the Rotation 100.
Count the Rotation. When 100 rotations are completed, check the display.
Fill the Calibration Check Report and check for meeting the Acceptance Criteria.
Repeat the procedure for three more times and average the LCD display for Rotation.
Set Rotation: 100.
